• Royal Mail 1st class recorded (UK)
• International FedEx service

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected...

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without giving notice...

Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for the following reasons:

• Good is broken
• Good does not match description
• Good is the wrong size
• Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations

Refunds do not apply to the following goods: Made-to-measure or customised dresses.

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, request a return form to complete, then post the item using tracked service.

Where the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies...

JESSICA ANNE FRANCO and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

If you and JESSICA ANNE FRANCO are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, you agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator, and then to an arbitrator if mediation fails...
